Information you choose to send

Online bookings for our North Hollywood salon are made on Square Appointments, which collects the details you enter there under Square's own privacy policy.

When you send an appointment request, you provide your name, phone number, your preferred location and, optionally, your email address, service, preferred date and time, and a message. If you ask the website assistant to have the salon follow up, you provide your name, phone number and your question, plus an optional location and service.

These requests are delivered to Pacific Hair & Beauty through our website's form service so the salon can reply and arrange your appointment. We use this information only for that purpose.

The website assistant

Questions you type into the “Ask Pacific” assistant are answered in your browser from the salon's published information. They are not sent to the salon unless you submit the follow-up form.

Stored in your browser

If you choose a website color theme, that choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Third-party services

Maps are provided by Google Maps and only load if you choose to open the interactive map. Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which apply their own privacy policies.

Phone calls

If you call the Glendale salon (818) 244-3003 or the North Hollywood salon (818) 699-1010, the salon may keep your appointment details for scheduling.
